House rules/check in info/prices (important stuff)

24 Hour check-in via the pin pad on the front door (code will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone number).  Please note we are generally available for assistance until about 10pm.  Please do not allow children or pets on the massage chair.  Treat our home like you would your own home and leave it in great condition for the next guest.  NO smoking inside (if smoking outside please close nearby doors and windows).  There is parking next to the house for about 7 vehicles.  The basement is only for our storage, there is nothing down there for guests.  

Prices (these are all inclusive prices):

Weekends/Holidays $280 per night

Weeknights: $200 per night

Pets are no charge 

Add $20/person/night for over 6 people (max occupancy 12 people)

We have a 2 night minimum for weekends

Longer stays:

One week total $1,000 (averages to $143 per night)

One month total $3,000 (averages to $100 per night)

Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to check-in are 100% refundable. Cancellations made 1-4 weeks prior are 50% refundable.  Cancellations made less than 1 week before check-in are non-refundable.  We do allow rescheduling until one week prior but the rescheduled date will be non-refundable.  Changes that result in a shortened stay are not refundable.  

Cleaning: There is no daily maid service but guests can use any cleaning/laundry supplies.  If anything extra is needed during your stay please let us know.  In case you are wondering... we wash all bedding, comforters, bath mats and extra blankets between every guest (Stacie gets grossed out by hotel comforters).
